Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team, providing high-quality care to patients. The unit supports a patient ratio of 5:1, ensuring a focused and efficient care delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Utilize strong assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education, providing information regarding health management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and follow organizational policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have basic medical surgical knowledge.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Certifications such as BLS are required prior to start.
