CT Tech Position - 13 Week Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in radiology and be proficient in using Cerner charting systems. This role involves performing a variety of imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients of all age groups
• Administer contrast media preparation as needed
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams
• Accurately document patient information using Cerner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• ARRT certification required
• Valid PA license or compact license needed at the time of submission
• Experience with various CT procedures, including abdomen, chest, and vascular imaging

Schedule

This position requires a 4x10 hour schedule, with shifts from 06:00 to 16:30 or 11:30 to 22:00. Candidates will also need to work every other weekend.
