Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics unit will provide patient care and support in a high-paced environment. You will also be responsible for caring for female med-surg overflow patients, should the need arise.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the OB unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and advocacy.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in critical situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 or more years of relevant nursing experience as shown in their resume. An active RN license is required. Act 73 results are required for all staff, with fingerprinting recommended to expedite the process upon acceptance of an offer.
