Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed for a fulfilling 13-week assignment that will involve providing comprehensive therapeutic care to patients. This role requires a dedicated professional who can develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.
• Design and implement personalized therapeutic treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
• Relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
