8-hour Day Shift; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a preference for outpatient experience and will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient evaluations and therapy interventions.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
