Behavioral Health Associate (Nights)

Schedule

This position offers a night shift from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, with 5 to 8 shifts per week, ensuring a total of 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

We are currently seeking five candidates for the role of Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to work the night shift. Candidates should possess a commitment to trauma-informed care and patient-centered practices. Strong crisis-management and de-escalation skills are required to ensure effective patient interaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport with patients.
• Utilize strong communication and observation skills to assess patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to promote patient safety and wellness.
• Provide physical support in patient care, including the potential for restraint use per policy.

Required Experience

Candidates should have at least six months of experience in behavioral health to be considered for this role.
