Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our acute rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work with an adult patient population, providing therapy interventions for individuals recovering from various conditions such as CVA, TBI, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on care techniques and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state-specific Occupational Therapy license.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred experience within patient rehabilitation prior to applying.
