Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and be committed to maintaining high standards of practice. Your role will involve assisting in patient assessments, implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Infection Control and Prevention knowledge.
• Experience in acute care preferred but not mandatory.
• Completion of required health checks and screenings as listed in onboarding documentation.
