On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 09:00 AM - 06:30 PM with weekends every 4th-5th weekend. Holiday on-call rotation required. Weeknight call approximately every 1-2 weeks.

Job Description

The On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) will provide essential patient care and support during scheduled shifts and on an on-call basis. This role involves effectively managing patient needs and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and report significant changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
• Perform assessments and monitor vital signs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Completion of necessary health screenings and immunizations.
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and other certifications as specified.
