Day Shift: 5x8 (08:00 - 16:30) with variable start times (0700-0900).

Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist / PET Tech will primarily be working in PET but may float to Nuclear Medicine as needed. Candidates must possess a valid California license and hold either ARRT or NMTCB certification. Experience in PET is required, with a minimum of 6 months of PET experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET scans and other Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience accepted with a minimum of 6 months of PET experience required.
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification with a California license is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required.
