8-hour day shifts, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role requires skills in assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist in creating and executing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population.
• Document patient progress and participate in team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
