Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in step-down or intermediate care, demonstrating excellent patient care and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and perform necessary medical interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the Progressive Care specialty.
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, & NIH.
• Valid RN license in good standing.
