Registered Nurse - Extended Recovery

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, working 3 nights per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in extended recovery to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess patient needs and deliver comprehensive care in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care for patients in recovery.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure a safe and effective care environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in extended recovery or a similar specialty.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
