This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday

• 6:00 AM or 7:15 AM until lunch
• 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients. The role involves evaluating patient conditions, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with no weekends, floating, or call duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document therapy sessions in EMR (Mosiaq).
• Ensure a patient-to-therapist ratio of 1 every 15 minutes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of therapists in a treatment environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• National Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS/CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
