Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in medical-surgical nursing and be able to adapt to various circumstances within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Perform assessments and evaluations of patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize Cerner for electronic medical records management.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
