Job Description

The Travel NICU Registered Nurse (RN) will provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in a Level II/Level III NICU setting. Nurses will be expected to collaborate with medical teams, utilize advanced techniques, and adhere to established protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with families.
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Level II/Level III NICU experience.
• Current and valid RN license.
• Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
