Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for our Level 3-4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The RN will provide exceptional care to our neonates, working collaboratively with a compassionate and dedicated team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients in the NICU.
• Provide assessments, medication administration, and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate families on neonatal care and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience as a first-time traveler is beneficial but not required.
