Schedule

Night shifts, either 3x12-hour shifts or 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends as needed and may float as necessary at various facilities.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) who meet our qualifications. Ideal candidates will hold a valid Ohio RRT license and current certifications including NBRC and AHA BLS. The role includes working in a fast-paced environment, providing respiratory care to patients, and ensuring compliance with protocols and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions based on physician orders and assessment findings.
• Provide patient education regarding respiratory health.
• Assist in the management of patients on mechanical ventilation.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• NBRC and AHA BLS certifications must be current and in hand at the time of submission.
• Two clinical references from managers, ANMs, supervisors, or directors in the specialty within the past 12 months are required.
