Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse with cardiac experience to join our dynamic Cardiac Care Unit. This unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with complex cardiac conditions and is supported by a robust team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to cardiac patients, ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Utilize advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care as necessary based on clinical assessments.
• Perform procedures such as central line and Swan-Ganz catheter insertions.
• Engage in patient education and support throughout the care process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST HAVE cardiac experience and strong critical care background.
• Advanced skills in PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS.
