Cath Lab Technician - Travel Position

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician to support our cardiac catheterization lab. The ideal candidate will have experience with structural heart procedures, IABP, Impella, IFR, and FFR. The Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting with a variety of procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and working collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing a variety of procedures such as TAVR, PFO, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, and Impella/IABP implants.
• Support advanced cardiac care and ensure all protocols are followed.
• Participate in STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days a month.
• Maintain equipment and documentation accuracy using MacLab and Meditech systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ACLS and BLS Certifications required.
• Strong background in Cath Lab with preferred experience in PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced cardiac care environment.
