Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient health.
• Provide direct care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California RN license and active CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dependable, organized, and reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Demonstrates adaptability, empathy, enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness.
