Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MS/Tele unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients, and efficiently managing various clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients with cardiac and stroke diagnoses.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV therapy.
• Perform phlebotomy and place IVs, ensuring all competencies are met.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in rapid response team activations as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a similar setting.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NY state RN license required, in hand for submission.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
