Echocardiography Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Call required on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technologist to perform various echocardiography procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities will include performing transthoracic, pediatric, transesophageal, exercise stress, and Dobutamine stress echocardiography.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic assessments for patients.
• Ensure quality and safety standards in all procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret echocardiography results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited sonography or echocardiography program.
• Registered or registry-eligible as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Preferred experience in various echocardiography modalities.
