Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Med Surg LPN to join our team. As a Med Surg LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit, including administering medication, monitoring patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide support to patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record patient vital signs and document care in electronic medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active LPN state license.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
