Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our hospital, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
