CT Tech - 12 Hour Shifts

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing computed tomography imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and procedures, ensuring a high level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and other radiological procedures as required.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CT certification from an accredited body.
• Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Previous experience in CT imaging preferred.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Up-to-date health screenings: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screening and Background Check.
