RN - Med/Surg/Tele - Float Pool

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; 36 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Job Description

The RN in the Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool is responsible for delivering clinical care to patients in various settings. This role demands versatility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, providing specialized care to Med/Surg/Tele patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for Med/Surg/Tele patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Ohio RN License is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• One year of Med/Surg/Tele experience is preferred.
