Shift: 7A - 5:30P (Alternating with 7:30A - 4:30P)

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Tech will be responsible for performing vascular interventional radiology procedures while working in a fast-paced team environment. The role includes on-call responsibilities one night a week and one weekend per month with potential holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment for interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and preparation of patients prior to procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow established protocols for safety and high-quality imaging.
• Provide patient education regarding procedures and aftercare.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology.
• Certification by the ARRT with an emphasis on Vascular Interventional Radiology Procedures.
• Current BLS certification.
• Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance.
