Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, every other weekend/as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Tele unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred.
• Ability to perform IV insertion.
