Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care in an outpatient clinic setting. The position involves working with a diverse pediatric population, primarily focusing on developmental delays and autism. The ideal candidate will be proficient and independent in providing therapeutic interventions, evaluations, and developmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' abilities in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage with families to support their participation in the therapy process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
• California occupational therapy license must be in hand.
• Charge experience is preferred but not required.
