General and Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General and Vascular Ultrasound Technologist with expertise in both specialties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ultrasound procedures and patient care processes. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures on patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the interpretation of ultrasound images.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
• Demonstrate proper use of ultrasound equipment and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Comply with safety and quality standards in all procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound, with expertise in both general and vascular imaging.
• Current ARDMS certification with RDMS or RVT, or CCI/ARRT credentials required.
• Must hold a valid license without any history of license hits.
• Due to facility policies, previous employees are ineligible for travel positions.
