CT Tech (CT Scan) Position - 10hr Nights

This is a 13-week contract position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified CT Tech to operate computerized tomography equipment to produce images of designated portions of the human body. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a busy trauma center environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients in an efficient manner while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
• Ensure accuracy of images produced and assess quality standards for imaging.
• Maintain equipment and assist in troubleshooting when necessary.
• Document and record patient information and imaging results as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty of CT scanning.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in CT.
• Experience using Siemens scanners is preferred.
