Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Doubles

This position requires weekend doubles on Saturday and Sunday, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will rotate between different homes within the same campus, providing exceptional patient care and support. All candidates must complete five consecutive days of daylight orientation to ensure readiness for the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care as per the established protocols.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments as necessary.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid LPN or RN license.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
