Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional, personalized care in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves working with patients recovering from serious illnesses and injuries, including stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and amputations. The nurse will collaborate closely with caregivers and families to support the recovery process, ensuring that patients lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery processes.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology safely and effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in med-surge and rehabilitation nursing is a plus.
