8-hour Day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will provide clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for patients in need of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
