CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performing various CT scans for patients of all ages, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics. The candidate will be required to maintain high standards of patient care while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans, including abdomen, chest, and head scans with and without contrast.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper preparation and administration of contrast media.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties and limited weekend coverage as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active Washington State CT license.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous charge experience and familiarity with patient ratio experience.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position, working four 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00. On-call evening duty is required through 06:30 am, with limited weekend shifts.
