Interventional Radiology Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an option for four 10-hour shifts. On-call responsibilities include weeknights and weekends, with a commitment of 10 days of call per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in various interventional and neuro interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in circulating and assisting with scrubbing in during these procedures. The role will involve working closely in a collaborative environment to ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures related to interventional radiology.
• Assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care.
• Ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow in the interventional suite.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialized training in Interventional and Neuro Interventional procedures.
• Graduate from an accredited college or school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in circulating and assisting with IR procedures.
