Schedule

12-hour shifts, 0630-1900, with flexibility to work either Mon, Thu, Fri, and Tue or Wed, Sat, Sun. Potential for 36/48 split shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Acute Care facility. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric and post-acute patients, ensuring the highest quality of care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting required.
• Strongly preferred experience in a 400+ bed or level 2 trauma facility.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
