Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry to join our team. This role requires floating across three facilities based on staffing needs. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, and manage dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications as per protocols and document patient responses.
• Assist with procedures and provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in telemetry.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license is required.
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia test within the first 72 hours of signing.
