Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must have robust experience in labor and delivery, as we prioritize comprehensive care for antepartum, labor, postpartum, and nursery patients. The facility averages 20-30 deliveries per month and seeks a skilled nurse who can handle various OB care responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for antepartum, labor, postpartum, and nursery patients.
• Assist with deliveries and support mothers during childbirth.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage complications as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and emotional support to mothers and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP, Stable, and intermediate fetal monitoring certifications.
• OB circulator experience preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery is required; postpartum care only experience is not acceptable.
