Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families about health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred
