Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with Epic experience required to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients within our facility and requires adherence to all established protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing patient care plans and offer patient education as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience using Epic EMR is mandatory.
• Must be able to wear navy blue scrubs as required by facility policy.
