Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory setting. The position requires a commitment to be on call for STEMI cases, as well as support for vascular procedures. The nurse will operate within a team-oriented environment, delivering high-quality patient care and managing critical situations with a focus on cardiac diagnostics and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
• Monitor and manage procedural sedation and patient vitals.
• Conduct assessments and interpretations of dysrhythmias.
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations.
• Manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Participate in emergency response and take call as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• RCIS certification preferred.
