Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a commitment to high standards of patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification
• NRP certification preferred
• Current nursing license in good standing
• Completion of all required pre-employment checks and health clearances
