Physical Therapist

Job Description

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and provides treatment upon referral of a physician. The role involves treating patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function using various treatment modalities, including exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, or sound. The Physical Therapist works collaboratively with family members and health team members to address the patient's abilities and goals.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, consisting of 10 shifts that may vary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must meet requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.
• Current valid Oregon driver's license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Desired experience in the field, but not necessarily required if other qualifications are met.
