Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide exceptional care to our patients in Byram, NJ. The position involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with team members to enhance patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
