CT Tech Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Mid 4x10-Hour shift from 14:00 to 00:00. On-call required for one week during the contract period. No weekend shifts are necessary.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures, ensuring quality patient care in a short-term acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic charting and will be expected to maintain safety and compliance during imaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging exams and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Administer contrast media as required for imaging procedures.
• Document patient information and imaging results in the Epic system.
• Maintain equipment and assist in quality control measures.
• Provide excellent patient care and support through effective communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience required.
• ARRT CT certification is mandatory.
• BLS certification required.
• Oregon State OBMI certification is required prior to start.
• Epic charting experience is a hard requirement.
• Must have experience in an acute care hospital setting.
