Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele Float Pool

This is a 12-hour night shift position, with weekends as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Tele Float Pool. In this role, you will provide care across multiple units, with a focus on telemetry patients. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, particularly in cardiac rhythms, and be able to manage a range of patient diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in various MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms as necessary.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and unexpired Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in MedSurg and Telemetry nursing preferred.
• Ability to pass a cardiac rhythm exam before starting the assignment.
