Schedule

6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with a total of 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed. Please note that the facility reserves the right to cancel one shift.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Post Partum Registered Nurse. This position may require floating to post-partum units depending on census and staffing needs. Candidates must have strong flexibility regarding locations, shifts, and departments in order to expedite the securing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-partum patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-partum care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of labor and delivery experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active nursing license to practice with no hits on the state license.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI, including ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
