Schedule

8-hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide care in a fast-paced clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and be comfortable treating a diverse patient population. This role involves seeing 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services.
• Manage patient caseload efficiently, meeting productivity guidelines.
• Engage in patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position does not accept PTA candidates.
